About Our Camps

Farm camp is a unique place for children to explore and be introduced to farm life. We are all about bringing fun and learning together. Many of our campers haven't been around farm animals and leave the farm with newfound knowledge, love, and appreciation for farm life!

My mission is to provide a safe and fun environment for children to learn about and take care of animals in a small group. Camps are limited to 12 children per week. On some weeks we are fortunate enough to have a teen help out as well. We take cart rides with both a large horse and miniature horses. We will learn about equine safety and take pony rides in a variety of disciplines. I think the kids love bareback best!

The goats are a constant source of amusement and there is nothing in this world like holding a baby goat. Bunnies, chickens and a mini pig all find their way into our everyday camp life as well.

Here at the farm, we are all learning. Through gardening, crafts, yoga, cooking, and playing with the animals.  Each day brings something new and exciting. Each camp session we cook or bake using fresh fruits and vegetables in season, some from our very own garden! At the end of each day we take a swim in the pool to cool off and send you home with a tired but refreshed  camper!

People often ask about age for campers and I do not have a definitive answer. Generally speaking, my day campers are 5-12. I have children 13 and 14 who still enjoy coming to camp. They are welcome and often take part in the things they have enjoyed over the years of being here. There are 3 guidelines, BE SAFE, BE KIND, and  HAVE FUN.
